This year, Zhengzhou launched the declaration of special funds for strong manufacturing cities and accelerated the declaration of special funds for industrial investment to promote high-quality development of manufacturing industries. It is expected that the implementation of financial funds will exceed 400 million yuan.
 

"Our city takes the lead in developing intelligent transformation expert diagnostic service by means of government purchasing service in the whole province, developing intelligent transformation diagnostic consulting service for key industrial enterprises in the whole city, planning to promote intelligent manufacturing projects, vigorously carrying out the work of"machine replacement, production line replacement"and so on, and achieving remarkable results in intelligent manufacturing." In April 2019, we launched the declaration of special funds for strong manufacturing cities. At present, all the work is proceeding in an orderly manner. It is expected that the implementation of financial funds will exceed 400 million yuan.
 

The person in charge said that this year, our city will innovate the model of pilot demonstration and cultivation, promote a number of enterprises to become national and provincial pilot demonstrations, and complete the target task of adding 160 new city-level demonstration enterprises throughout the year. At the same time, diagnostic services are carried out step by step at different levels. This year, the municipal finance has allocated 6 million yuan of public bidding for intelligent manufacturing diagnostic service leading agencies to carry out intelligent transformation and diagnostic services for more than 20 billion industrial enterprises. The next step is to plan three rounds of diagnostics to cover all industrial enterprises with more than 100 million yuan. In addition, we should actively plan and build a number of innovation centers in the field of intelligent manufacturing, accelerate the construction of enterprise technology centers, industrial technology centers, academician workstations and other innovation organizations, and focus on building the innovation system of intelligent manufacturing. Intelligent manufacturing talents will be included in the city's key industries urgently in need of talent introduction plan, to strengthen the attraction of intelligent manufacturing talents.
